Very Comfortable!!
Strengths: Came in excellent condition, new & came w/ herman miller 12 yr warranty. Shipping was free, which was great. Sweet chair overall!
Weakness: Kinda pricey but worth it.
At first I tried comparing prices with a couple different companies. Lower price doesn't always mean better b/c there are authorized and unauthorized sellers out there. Authorized = warranty & brand new; unauthorized = no warranty!!! So just beware and don't be fooled by lower pricing.
