great addition to great chair
Strengths: fills in space at lower back when sitted up right. Very comfortable with great support.
Weakness: Somewhat difficult to assemble. Had to buy hex screwdriver and put hole in back of chair.
I have a aeron chair at home with the lumbar support which is great for reclining. The posture fit is better designed for up right work in the office but also supports well while reclining.

This is a must have upgrade to your older Herman Miller Aeron chair. All the new chairs come equipped with PostureFit...they don't even make the old lumbar support anymore. Instructions are provided for upgrade and doesn't require any drilling and doesn't take to long. The lumbar support is amazing and has a tension adjustor that attaches seamlessly to the Aeron. It is definitly an improvement...
